The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has taken a 'Green Initiative in Corporate Governance' by allowing paperless compliances by Companies through electronic mode. In accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and rules thereunder, Companies can now send various notices /documents to its shareholders through electronic mode to the registered e-mail addresses of shareholders, thus reducing paper consumption and at the same time contributing towards a greener environment.

To receive communication from UTV through the electronic mode, download the 'E-Communication Registration Form' given below. The completed form can be sent by ordinary post to the following address:
